Elias Offor

Elias Offor holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Turin Italy and an LLB in law. He has worked in security organisations, financial organisations, the private sector and also in the academic arena. Elias has also undergone training with the United Nations in Human Rights and Humanitarian Relief Strategies.  Apart from lecturing, Elias who is 11 years post-bar has also worked in legal chambers. He is in the Foundation for the Support of Victims of Terrorism as the Programme Officer Legal.
