VICTIMS SUPPORT FUND HOLDS HIGH-LEVEL STAKEHOLDERS FORUM

Victims Support Fund (VSF) held a one-day high level multi stakeholders forum across the three most affected states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe. The forum was organised to discuss and analyse VSF interventions in the States and assess its relevance and impact while mapping out ways of providing improved and timely responses for future interventions. The meeting had in attendance top Government functionaries, VSF Committee Members, the Executive Director VSF and his Staff, CSOs, CBOs and beneficiaries.

A brief on the activities of VSF from 2015 to 2018 in the areas of: Livelihood & Recovery, Education, Foster Care, Health System Strengthening, Research and Peacebuilding and Grants. The forum analysed the challenges, emerging trends, issues surrounding interagency collaboration, and improved synergy with relevant stakeholders and proffered appropriate recommendations for future interventions.
