The Presidential Committee for Victims Support Fund (CVSF) first meeting of 2017.

The Presidential Committee for Victims Support Fund (CVSF) has held its first meeting of 2017.  The CVSF is the governing body that provides guidance to Victim Support Fund (VSF), an NGO it established to implement and fulfill its mandate.

The meeting which was chaired by General TY Danjuma, had top on the agenda the sustained amelioration of the plight of victims of insurgency and the scaling up of interventions VSF is executing in the Northeast. The Executive Director VSF Dr. Sunday Ochoche gave account of VSFs activities in 2016 and also presented plans for 2017 programmes.
