VSFVICTIMS SUPPORT FUND DONATES FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS TO NIGER STATE
Victims Support Fund Covid-19 Emergency Task Force continued the third phase of the Covid 19 emergency support programme with a flag-off in Minna, Niger State on Monday 23rd November 2020. Food items and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) were identified and procured for distribution to 5272 households.
Ten (10) Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) have been selected to distribute 50% of the items while the other 50% will be handed over to the Niger State Government for distribution to more communities. The items are expected to reach over 26,000 direct beneficiaries.

The 3rd phase of the Covid 19 intervention cost one billion naira only (1,000,000,000).
The VSF remains committed to supporting efforts in the fight against Corona Virus. VSF continues to implement programmes that will ameliorate the plight of victims of insurgency and armed conflict in Nigeria particularly in the areas of livelihood and recovery, education and protection, infrastructural development as well as research and peacebuilding.
