VSF Builds Capacity for Teachers in Training the Trainer Course

VSF is opening more fronts in enhancing access to quality of education for children in the Northeast. Teachers’ capacity is being built to enable them train other teachers to provide adequate support and impact to children in post-conflict situation. This will also equip them with relevant knowledge and skills to improve the outcomes of their teaching and daily interactions with pupils.

The key focus areas of the training include: pedagogical skills, classroom management and psychosocial care. The training will employ teaching methodologies that would enable knowledge retention and critical thinking.
